Trena always kept me updated on the progression of selling my house, so I never had to ask how it was going and what offers were coming in. My house sold quickly and above asking price.

Trena was very helpful in us finding are manufactured home. We looked at many home when I said I wanted one with a garage she was on it. I am so happy Trena did a fantastic job. Answered all my questions. Anybody looking for a realtor choose Trena you will be happy you did.

This was a hard process for me to go through. Trena's positive attitude and helpful insight gave me the strength to get through the process of selling my home. Trena is very patient! Great asset to Coldwell Banker and Zillow!!! She was a referral from my brother whose home she sold last November. He stated too, he enjoyed working with her and the experience was great!

This was my very first time trying to buy a house. I was super nervous and very doubtful that I would even be able to achieve my goal of owning a 3 bed room house for my kids and myself. My very first conversation with Trena made me feel comfortable and excited to start the process. Trena listed to all my wants, needs and fears and guided me in the home shopping process every step of the way. Any time I had a question I could call or text her and she would answer every time. I genuinely enjoyed the process and although I was nervous Trena would always reassure me that I could do it. Anything that I wasn’t aware of Trena would inform me of them and even made sure that my wants were met in negotiations. At times her level of excitement made me even more excited to purchase a home. At the end she ended up finding me a 4 bedroom home well below my budget that met all my needs. I truly am grateful that I reached out to Trena after seeing her Facebook post. I highly recommend her, she is very nice, knowledgeable and trustworthy. She won’t steer you in the wrong direction
